However, I faced a noise issue from guests in the hallway during the late hours on Friday night, making it tough to rest. The air conditioning unit was a bit loud, impacting comfort at times. Still, the overall pleasantness of the facilities and responsive management created a welcoming atmosphere.

During my stay for a family visit to the nearby Crayola Experience, the spacious room was definitely a highlight. However, I was disappointed to find the outdoor pool was closed for the season, which I had counted on for the kids. The noise level from the lobby area was quite disruptive, making it hard to relax at times, but overall the accommodation met our needs.

I had to switch rooms right away due to a broken A/C. The second room had damp carpet beside the bed, and I couldn't use the bathtub because the stopper didn’t work. The shower head showed rust, which wasn’t the best sight.
